Bolster’s application process

At Bolster, we like to meet you in person, whether you’re applying for an internship or a role as an associate. Our process is aimed at getting to know each other well and discovering whether we are a good match.

A cup of coffee and a chat

The first step in our application process is an informal interview. We invite you to have a cup of coffee with us, so that you can tell us more about your ambitions, experience and passions. At the same time, we are keen to tell you more about who we are and how we work.

Meet the team and work on a case

If we are both enthusiastic after the first interview, we will invite you to meet more Bolster colleagues. You will also have the opportunity to demonstrate your analytical and problem-solving skills by working out a business case. This will enable us to find out together how your qualities align with our work.

If everything goes well and both sides are positive about the collaboration, we will be pleased to welcome you as our new colleague. You will then receive your contract and we will go over the terms and conditions of employment together. We look forward to welcoming you to our team!
