After completing the traineeship most of the talents get a job with the participating organizations.

In 2010, Bolster Investment Partners acquired a 31% stake in the fast-growing specialist in traineeships. Since then ORMIT has successfully expanded the business in the Netherlands and Belgium. With its unique positioning and by successfully anticipating changing market dynamics, ORMIT has strengthened its leading position in the market for talent recruitment, retention, and development. Following a partnership of eight years, the sale of ORMIT to HR investment group Pyramid substantiates Bolster’s long-term investment horizon, focused on sustainable value creation by supporting businesses to pursue their growth strategy.
