Kasparov Finance & BI and Public Search welcome Interim Finance Group, with the support of Bolster Investment Partners. With this step, the organizations increase their scale and strength in the secondment and recruitment of Finance & Control professionals.

Both Kasparov Finance & BI and Public Search provide secondment, interim solutions, and recruitment services for finance and BI professionals and executives. Public Search operates in healthcare, government, and education, while Kasparov Finance & BI primarily focuses on the profit sector. Public Search and Kasparov Finance & BI merged in 2024 and continue to operate as two independent brands.
Interim Finance Group specializes in interim finance professionals in the early stages of their careers and is therefore a logical and complementary addition to both organizations. Interim Finance Group will also continue under its own name.
The combination creates a broader service offering, a larger network of professionals, and stronger national coverage.
Bolster Investment Partners actively supports the combined group in further professionalization and execution of the growth strategy, with continued focus on quality, employee development, and a futureproof platform.
