Bolster wins “Best Small Cap Deal” at M&A awards

Amsterdam, December 10, 2020: the 42.5% investment in Infoplaza and the joint acquisition of Weeronline was awarded “Best Small Cap Deal” at the M&A-awards ceremony of 2020.

The jury based its vote on complexity, rationale and impact on all stakeholders of the transaction.

Bolster Investment Partners was also nominated for the following awards:

• Best Private Equity House Lower Mid-Market (for the third time in a row)
• Best Young PE Manager (Hanneke Modderman)
